Why MASAAR exists

Finding a job in a new country is hard enough without also finding a bed, a meal and a bus route on the same day.

Jobseekers from across India fly to Dubai on jobseeker visas with a few weeks to find work. The ones who struggle most are rarely the ones without skills. They are the ones who spend their first fortnight arranging a bedspace, working out where to eat, topping up a metro card and buying a SIM, and miss the walk-in interview they came for.

MASAAR takes that work off the table. A counsellor at your nearest office talks through your goals, budget and timing, then puts a plan in writing. When you land, a clean shared room near the metro is ready and daily meals are covered; your SIM and Nol card go live within 24 to 48 hours. From there, job leads come to you as they come in, with dates and locations, and your counsellor stays one message away.

We do the arranging so you can do the part only you can do: turn up prepared and get the job.

What we do

  • Arrange a shared room near the metro, daily meals, a UAE SIM and a Nol metro card, with the SIM and card live within 24 to 48 hours of landing.
  • Share job leads with their source, interview dates and locations, plus the public job links we collect.
  • Counsel you before you fly: paperwork, budget and what to expect, in plain language.
  • Help with visa guidance, flight tickets, airport pickup, visa extension and certificate attestation through authorised third-party channels, when you ask for them.
  • Put everything in a signed agreement with itemised pricing before any payment.

What we do not do

  • We do not guarantee a job, an interview or a selection. The offer is always the employer's decision.
  • We are not a recruitment agency and we do not act as one.
  • We do not process visas ourselves. Visa and ticket help goes through authorised third-party channels and is written into your agreement.
  • We do not promise a monthly income or hide costs. Plans start from ₹42,000, and your exact figure comes in writing, from a counsellor, before you decide.
  • We do not guess on legal, tax or licensing questions. If we are not sure, we say so and find the right answer.
