Last updated 19 September 2026. These terms apply to the MASAAR mobile app for Android (package name com.masaar.app), and to the iOS app when it is released. Your service agreement, signed at a MASAAR office, governs the services themselves.
1. Who these terms are between
The app is provided by [Legal entity name], [Registered office address], trading as MASAAR. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to the app privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Who can use the app
- You must be 18 or over. The app asks for your date of birth and does not let you continue otherwise.
- One account per mobile number. Keep your one-time codes to yourself; anyone with your phone and the code can act as you.
- Give accurate information. Your branch relies on it to arrange your stay and to verify your documents.
- Staff accounts are for MASAAR employees only and cannot be used in the customer app.
3. What the app is, and is not
Before you enrol, the app is free to use: how MASAAR works, practical guidance for Dubai, frequently asked questions, a CV builder, an interview practice tool, a budget planner and a document checklist, and a chat with our assistant and your nearest branch.
Once your branch activates a plan under your signed agreement, the app also shows your stay, your documents and their verification status, job leads and a direct line to your counsellor. Activation happens at the branch; there is nothing to buy inside the app.
The app shows no prices. Pricing is shared in writing by your counsellor before you pay anything.
The app is not a recruitment agency, a visa service or a job board open to employers. Leads shown in the app are vacancy information MASAAR has collected for its customers, each with its source noted.
4. What MASAAR does not promise
- A job, an interview or a selection. Employers decide whom they hire.
- A visa or a visa outcome. Visa and ticket assistance is arranged through authorised channels and is subject to the authorities' rules.
- That every lead suits you or is still open when you apply. We verify leads when we publish them and close them when we learn they are filled.
5. Your documents
- Upload only documents that are yours, or that you have clear permission to upload, and that are genuine and unaltered.
- Keep your originals. The app holds copies to help your branch verify and arrange; it does not replace carrying your passport and papers.
- Your branch may reject a document and will tell you why so you can replace it. A verified status means a MASAAR staff member has checked the copy; it is not an official certification.
6. CV, interview practice and other tools
- Suggestions from the CV and interview tools are drafts based on what you typed. Check that everything is true before you use it; you are responsible for what you send to an employer.
- Interview practice is practice. Real interviews differ, and MASAAR does not arrange or guarantee interviews or selection.
- Practical guidance about Dubai (rules, fares, procedures) is checked on the date shown beside it and can change. Confirm anything important with your counsellor.
- AI-assisted features have daily limits so they stay available to everyone.
7. Using the app responsibly
- Do not share your account or use someone else's.
- Do not upload other people's documents without their permission, or anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
- Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with the service or reverse engineer the app.
- Treat counsellors with the same respect they show you. Abusive conversations may be closed.
8. Updates and availability
We improve the app regularly and may require a minimum version to keep your data safe; the app tells you when an update is needed. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a network outage. Information the app has already saved stays visible offline.
9. Ending your use
- You can delete your account at any time from Me, then Privacy and data. The privacy notice explains what is deleted and what your branch keeps.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud, and we tell you why unless the law prevents it.
- Ending your use of the app does not end a service agreement you have signed; that agreement has its own terms.
10. Ownership
The MASAAR name, logo, the app and its content belong to [Legal entity name] or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its purpose. Content you create, such as your CV and your messages, remains yours; you allow us to store and process it to provide the service.
11. Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, [Legal entity name] is not liable for loss caused by reliance on information in the app, by a lead that has closed or changed, or by the app being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or reduces your rights under your service agreement or under consumer protection law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by [Governing law and courts]. Before any formal step, raise the matter with our grievance officer, [Grievance officer name], at [Grievance officer email]; we acknowledge within 24 hours and try to resolve it with you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the app asks you to accept material changes before you continue.
