What we arrange, in detail

Six things are part of every stay. Five more are there if you ask. All of it is written into your agreement before you pay.

Part of every stay

Accommodation

A clean shared room near a metro station, in a building we have checked.

  • High-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a fridge and an automatic washing machine
  • A neat, clean bed in a shared room
  • Restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance
  • Ready on the day you land

Every room is checked before you are booked into it. Your counsellor tells you the area before you sign.

Meals

Daily meals through your stay, with Sunday dinner left free for you.

  • North Indian and South Indian menus
  • Chapati or rice with every option
  • Prefer to cook some days? A gas stove is provided
  • No dinner on Sundays: that evening is yours to eat out or cook

Tell your counsellor about dietary needs when you enrol so the meal plan is settled before you fly.

Nol metro card

A Dubai Nol metro card with enough balance to reach your interviews in the month.

  • Topped up within 24 to 48 hours of your arrival
  • Works on the metro and buses
  • Top up at any metro station once the balance runs low

Public transport is the affordable way across Dubai. With the card in hand you are never stuck at a ticket machine before an interview.

UAE SIM

A local number, live within 24 to 48 hours of landing.

  • Activated within 24 to 48 hours of your arrival
  • Recruiters can call you back on a UAE number
  • Home is a call away

A local number makes a better impression when you call or message a recruiter than a roaming Indian one.

Job leads and interview guidance

Job leads matched to your background, with the details you need to turn up.

  • Every lead comes with its source, so you know where it came from
  • Interview dates, locations and what to bring
  • Links to the public job sites and listings we collect, so you can search alongside us
  • Guidance for walk-in interviews and for submitting your resume

We share information and help you prepare. Whether you are selected is the employer's decision, and no one at MASAAR will tell you otherwise.

Counselling and onboarding

A counsellor at your home office, from your first enquiry to your last week in Dubai.

  • Goals, budget and timing talked through honestly before you commit
  • A written plan with itemised pricing before any payment
  • Guidance through the visa paperwork
  • One message away throughout your stay

Bring every question you have. The plan is agreed only when you are comfortable with it.

On request

Optional extras, quoted separately and written into your agreement. Visa and ticket help goes through authorised third-party channels only; MASAAR does not process visas itself.

How the stay works

A typical one-month stay, start to finish.

  1. Step 1. Before you fly

You meet your counsellor, agree the plan in writing and sort the paperwork. Room, meals, SIM and Nol card are booked against your dates.

  2. Step 2. Arrival day

You land, and your room is ready. Your SIM and Nol card are activated within 24 to 48 hours. If you booked airport pickup, a driver meets you and takes you to the room.

  3. Step 3. Your first week

Settle in, learn the metro, and start receiving job leads matched to your background.

  4. Step 4. Every week after that

Fresh job leads as they come in, interview details, meals and a bed taken care of, and your counsellor a message away.

  5. Step 5. When the offer comes

The employer makes the offer. You already have a room, a number and a routine in Dubai. Need longer? Extra months and a visa extension can be arranged.

MASAAR provides support services and job lead information. It does not guarantee a job or process visas.

Tell us about your plans

A counsellor puts together a plan for your dates and budget and shares it in writing, before you pay anything.
