Last updated 8 October 2026. This notice applies to https://masaardubai.com and every page under that address. The MASAAR mobile app has its own privacy notice.
1. Who we are
This website is published by [Legal entity name], [Registered office address], trading as MASAAR ("MASAAR", "we"). Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 we are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.
Questions about this notice go to [Contact email], or to our grievance officer, [Grievance officer name], at [Grievance officer email].
2. What happens when you browse
- We do not ask you to create an account. The only form on the site is the call-back form, described below.
- We set no cookies and run no advertising or tracking code.
- We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless service run by our hosting provider. It records which page was viewed, the page it was reached from, the country, and the browser, operating system and device type. Visits on the same day are grouped under a hashed identifier that is never stored with your IP address and is discarded after a day, so visits cannot be tied to a person or followed across other sites. We use the counts only to see which pages are read.
- Fonts and images are served from the site itself, so no request goes to a fonts provider or an image network.
- When your browser requests a page, the usual technical data (your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) reaches our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., which processes it to deliver the page and protect the site against abuse. We do not combine it with anything that identifies you.
3. When you ask for a call back
The call-back form asks for your name and mobile number so that a MASAAR counsellor can call you about a job search in Dubai. Sending it is your consent to that call and to follow-up messages about the same enquiry; you can withdraw it at any time by telling us.
With the form we also record the time, the page you were on and, if you arrived from an advert, the campaign labels in the link (which platform and which advert), so we know which adverts bring enquiries. We do not record your IP address with the form.
The entry is stored in a spreadsheet in our Google Workspace account, provided by Google LLC under its own terms, and only MASAAR counsellors can open it. We keep it for [Retention period for enquiry messages], or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner. If you enrol, it becomes part of your customer file under the agreement you sign.
The optional questionnaire linked from that page is a Google Form in the same account and is covered by the same rules.
4. When you message or call us
Every "Contact us" button opens WhatsApp, and every "Call" button opens your phone app, with our number, +91 85915 30401. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
When you write to us we receive your phone number, the name shown on your WhatsApp profile and what you send. We use it to reply, to connect you with the office you asked for and to prepare a plan if you ask for one. The legal basis is your consent, given by contacting us.
WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp LLC, part of Meta Platforms, under its own terms and privacy policy, which govern the message in transit and on your device.
We keep enquiry conversations for [Retention period for enquiry messages], or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. If you enrol, the information you gave us becomes part of your customer file under the agreement you sign.
5. If you enrol
Enrolment happens at a MASAAR office under a written service agreement. The personal data you give a counsellor then (identity, passport details, travel dates, documents) is handled under that agreement and, if you use the MASAAR app, under the app privacy notice. Nothing on this website collects it.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can:
- ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used;
- ask us to correct or complete it;
- ask us to erase it once it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for;
- withdraw your consent at any time, after which we delete your enquiry conversation unless the law or an agreement requires us to keep it;
- nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
Send requests to [Contact email] or to our grievance officer, [Grievance officer name], at [Grievance officer email]. We acknowledge every request within 24 hours and respond within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Children
Our services are for adults. The website is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has contacted us, write to [Contact email] and we will delete the conversation.
9. Links to other sites
The site links to our profiles on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook and, once the app is published, to Google Play. Those services have their own privacy notices, which apply from the moment you leave our site.
10. Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the website changes in a way that affects your data, for example if we add a contact form or a new analytics service. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
