Question 1

Do you guarantee a job?

Accepted Answer

No, and be wary of anyone who does. MASAAR is a support service: we arrange your stay, share job leads with you throughout your search and help you get ready for interviews. The offer comes from the employer. Our job is to make sure you hear about real openings and walk in prepared.

Question 2

Is MASAAR a recruitment agency?

Accepted Answer

No. MASAAR is a support service. We arrange your stay in Dubai and share job leads; we do not hire on behalf of employers and we do not process visas. Think of us as the people who take the arranging off your plate so you can concentrate on interviews.

Question 3

What exactly do you arrange?

Accepted Answer

A shared room near the metro with Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen, a fridge and an automatic washer; daily meals with North and South Indian menus, or a gas stove if you prefer to cook; a Nol metro card topped up within 24 to 48 hours of landing; a UAE SIM activated in the same window; and job leads throughout your stay. Counselling at your home office is part of every plan. Visa, tickets, airport pickup and attestation are optional add-ons.

Question 4

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Plans start from ₹42,000. The final figure depends on your dates and the extras you add, and you get it in writing before any payment. Message us and you will have the details the same day.

Question 5

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Message or call us, or walk into your nearest office. A counsellor talks through your goals, budget and timing, then puts a plan in writing with itemised pricing. You sign and pay only once you are happy with it.

Question 6

Who will I deal with?

Accepted Answer

A counsellor at your home office. They handle your enrolment and pre-departure counselling, answer your questions during the stay, and reply the same day.

Question 7

How long can I stay in Dubai to look for work?

Accepted Answer

The UAE jobseeker visa comes in 60, 90 and 120-day options, subject to eligibility. Most stays we arrange run about one month, and the visa can be extended smoothly if you need more time. Tell your counsellor early and we plan it with you.

Question 8

Do you help with visas and tickets?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as optional add-ons through authorised third-party channels: visa assistance, visa extension, flight tickets and UAE embassy certificate attestation. Each is quoted separately, and any add-on you take is written into your agreement.

Question 9

Do you process the visa yourselves?

Accepted Answer

No. Visa assistance, visa extensions and tickets are arranged through authorised third-party channels only, and each is quoted separately in your agreement. Be cautious of anyone who offers to process a UAE visa themselves or promises a visa in return for a fee.

Question 10

What documents do I need?

Accepted Answer

Start with your passport, passport photos and an up-to-date CV. Your counsellor gives you the exact list for your visa type and the kind of work you are looking for, and tells you if anything needs attesting.

Question 11

Can you pick me up at the airport?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as an optional add-on. A driver meets you at arrivals and takes you straight to your room.

Question 12

What if I need more than one month?

Accepted Answer

Extra accommodation and meal months can be arranged, and we can help extend your visa. Tell your counsellor early and we plan it with you.

Question 13

Where will I stay?

Accepted Answer

In a clean shared room near a metro station that we have checked ourselves. Rooms come with Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen, a fridge and an automatic washer, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Your counsellor tells you the area before you sign.

Question 14

What are the meals like?

Accepted Answer

Daily meals with North Indian and South Indian menus and a choice of chapati or rice. Sunday dinner is not included, so that evening is yours to eat out or cook, and a gas stove is there if you prefer cooking on other days too. Tell your counsellor about any dietary needs when you enrol.

Question 15

How does the Nol metro card work?

Accepted Answer

You receive a Dubai Nol card, topped up within 24 to 48 hours of your arrival with enough balance to cover the month's interview trips. It works on the metro and buses, and you can top it up at any station.

Question 16

Why do I need a UAE SIM?

Accepted Answer

Recruiters call back local numbers. Your SIM is activated within 24 to 48 hours of landing, so you can be reached for interviews and call home without roaming charges.

Question 17

What happens when I land?

Accepted Answer

Your room is ready, and your SIM and Nol card are activated within 24 to 48 hours. If you added airport pickup, a driver takes you to the room. If anything is unclear, your counsellor is one message away.

Question 18

How much will I spend each month while searching?

Accepted Answer

Your room, daily meals (except Sunday dinner), Nol card and SIM are arranged before you land, so day-to-day spending is mostly personal items, Sunday dinner and anything outside your plan. Visa and airfare are separate costs. Your counsellor walks you through a realistic budget before you commit.

Question 19

How do job leads work?

Accepted Answer

Our team collects vacancies from employers, walk-in notices and public job listings and matches them to your background. You receive the details you need to act: the role, the location, the interview date or walk-in window, what to bring, and where the lead came from.

Question 20

Where do your leads come from?

Accepted Answer

From employers, walk-in notices and public job listings. Each lead we pass on comes with its source, and we share the public job sites and links we collect so you can search alongside us. If a lead looks doubtful, we do not pass it on.

Question 21

How many leads will I get?

Accepted Answer

We do not promise a number. You receive job leads matched to your background throughout your stay, as they come in, plus the public job sites and links we collect so you can search alongside us.

Question 22

Will you arrange interviews for me?

Accepted Answer

We share job leads and interview information, including walk-in interviews, and help you prepare, from your resume to the day itself. Attending, and the outcome, is between you and the employer. No one at MASAAR can promise you an interview or a selection.

Question 23

What if I do not find a job during my stay?

Accepted Answer

It happens, and we will not pretend otherwise. Your counsellor talks through your options honestly: extending your stay and visa if that makes sense, adjusting the roles you are aiming for, or planning a return. Extra accommodation and meal months can be arranged.

Question 24

Where are your offices?

Accepted Answer

Six cities across India: Hyderabad, Mangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Lucknow and Jammu & Kashmir. Your home office handles counselling and enrolment. Our team in Dubai looks after your room and meals.

Question 25

Do I have to visit an office?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything can start over a message or a call. The offices are opening shortly; message first and we share the opening date, the address and a time that suits you.

Question 26

How quickly do you reply?

Accepted Answer

The same day, on the channel you used. If something goes wrong during your stay, we acknowledge it within 24 hours and start working on it.

Question 27

Is the MASAAR app available?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. It is on its way to Google Play. Follow @masaardubai for launch news; the badge on our home page becomes a live link the day it is published.

Question 28

What will the app do?

Accepted Answer

Show your path step by step, hold your documents and their verification status, show your room, meals, Nol card balance and SIM details, deliver job leads with reminders, and put your counsellor a message away.

Question 29

Is the app free?

Accepted Answer

Free to download. The guides, FAQ, tools and support chat are open to everyone. Your stay, documents and job leads switch on once you enrol at a branch, so most of the app is for enrolled customers.

Question 30

Will the app show prices?

Accepted Answer

No. Plans start from ₹42,000, as this website says, and your exact figure comes in writing from your counsellor, never inside the app.
