Terms of use for the MASAAR website

These terms cover your use of this website. Services are only ever provided under a separate written agreement signed at a MASAAR office; nothing here is a contract for those services.

1. Who these terms are between

The site describes MASAAR's support services for Indian jobseekers travelling to Dubai on a visit or jobseeker visa. It is information, not an offer.

Services are provided only under a written service agreement with itemised pricing, signed at a MASAAR office before any payment. The site shows only a starting price; a counsellor shares it in writing when you talk.

3. What MASAAR does not promise

  • MASAAR does not guarantee a job, an interview or a selection. Vacancy information is shared after verification; hiring decisions rest with employers.
  • MASAAR is not a recruitment agency and not a visa broker, and does not process visas. Visa and ticket assistance are optional services arranged through authorised channels.
  • Descriptions of visa options on the site (for example 60, 90 or 120-day jobseeker visas) reflect our understanding at the date above. Eligibility and rules are set by the UAE authorities and change. Confirm current requirements with your counsellor before you make plans.

4. Accuracy of the content

We keep the site accurate and up to date, and correct errors when we find them.

Illustrations of the MASAAR app show planned features with sample content. The job titles, places and names in them are not real vacancies or people. Photographs of Dubai are licensed photography of the city and do not show MASAAR accommodation.

5. Using the site

  • Use the site for its purpose: learning about our services and contacting us.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting, disrupt it, or copy it in bulk.
  • Do not present yourself as MASAAR, or use our name, logo or content to suggest a connection that does not exist.
